Steps to find a qualified tenant with Renthub
Step one - Contact us on 09 630 2655 and take us up on our guarantee
If you have a rental property that’s vacant it is costing you money just sitting there.
Don’t waste time and money and take us up on our guarantee!
Step two - We find your next tenant
We notify our tenant database that your property has come on the market and advise when tenants can view and how to apply.
We also use our advertising channels to reach prospective tenants.
A Short list is created with thorough notes and forwarded to you.
Step three - You make your selection
Once you give the go ahead to proceed, we complete thorough credit and reference checks.
What Happens Next?
1 – Once the tenant has confirmed, a confirmation email is sent asking them to pay a deposit to secure the property.
2 – Prior to moving in the tenant is required to pay a bond (we ask for a bond of four weeks). This is sent to Tenancy Services on your behalf.
3 – Then the tenancy agreement is drawn up. This has a number of clauses to protect the landlord and is updated regularly to stay compliant.
4 – And finally… the ‘Ingoing Property Inspection’ is done and the key is handed over.
